Chilcoat was arrested on 8/11/22. He appeared in court on 8/23- released on personal recognizance. His preliminary hearing took place on 9/13. Arraignment held 9/26/22, she plead not guilty to all counts. Status Conference set for 9/5/2023 at 9:00 AM via Telephonic/VTC before Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly.
