Charges: Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds (1) Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building (2) Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building (3) Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building (4)Barron was arrested on 3/15/22. She was ordered released after her initial appearance on 3/22/22. Arraigned 3/29/22- plead not guilty to all counts. The last status hearing was held on 5/26/23. Trial is set to be scheduled for August, 2023.
